In short, Jack survives the blow up from last time.
CTU is taken over by Homeland Security because it's the only way Audrey can keep Chloe on to help with Jack.
Wayne and Aaron meet up with Evelyn who knows the real person behind the day...but won't tell because Henderson has her daughter.
Jack and Wayne help her get her daughter back, Henderson escapes and it's revealed that his "boss," the man behind it all, the evil one indeed is....

I totally believe that Wimpy is behind it all. It makes complete sense. He's been acting dumb for a long time but really, there's generally something going on behind those beady eyes isn't there?

I really wonder where this whole thing is going to go. Hopefully Jack will kill Logan and Palmer will be raised from the dead to be president again!
