Heather wins! Of course she does. I mean, Virginia is an idiot. So what if she's got a great palate. She couldn't lead worth a damn ("I picked all the losers so I'd look better when I won."). And she's just stupid. Ugh.

Heather was the only logical pick....but I have to wonder if any 25 year old should be named Executive Chef at a huge, expensive resort. She was smart enough to take Ramsey's suggestions and use them. Her picks for her lest team were so much wiser than Virginia's. Even her restaurant looked better to me.

Glad to see Heather win of course. I liked having the old people back, but where was Maribel? She was kicked off after Giacamo. We accidently missed the first 45 minutes of hour one so I didn't see the press conference thing. What was Virginia's answer to the question about her husband? They seemed to build it up, so just wondered what her answer was.
My favorite line of the season (not to much of a rant) is "You could have killed someone!"

I also missed bits and pieces of hour one, including the press conference. I think it was more of a how does your newlywed husband feel about moving to Vegas and her answer was she'd hire him to work for her because he's also a chef. Ramsay didn't much like that idea.
I forgot to give my favorite: I'm still a fan of "that's why it's called a non-stick pan!"
