Code Black?

Ok, who's going to tell me about Grey's Anatomy last night? I'm curious about the CODE BLACK situation, what it is and all...I started to watch last night but that lady's infernal screaming and then a pregnant lady being featured kept me from continuing. The screaming unnerved me and then the giving birth storyline had doom written all over it (hence my current ban on medical shows).

So someone must fill me in.
